The sessions combine a run of about 3 miles with that may be on or off road (or mixture) with drills to improve agility, balance and coordination with the aim of improving running technique and form.   The emphasis is on FUN!  Drills may include lunges, squats, high knees and specific running form drills.  The whole session is completed within an hour (so meet outside the changing rooms ready at 12:10pm and back at your desk for 1pm)

As an added reward to the improvements in your running we are also giving away OS Runners ‘incentives’ to runners who complete a number of sessions:

10 attendances – OS Runners branded race number clips

25 attendances – OS Runners branded water bottle

50 attendances (OK quite a way off) – Sought after OS Runners branded Buff
