These weekly sessions are open to anyone who is interested in getting fitter and enjoys a group atmosphere. The sessions are free, last around about 1 hour and vary each week but generally include a warm-up, some drills, some fast and slower running to vary your pace, followed by a warm down and stretching and even some strength work.
If you are interested in coming along to the sessions contact, please contact Viv Alexander. The sessions are run on alternating Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes each week. You can come along to one session to try out but if you want to continue to take part you’ll need to complete the Club membership form. Find out more about the benefits
