Parkrun is a free timed 5k run held weekly in over 600 locations in the UK.  There are over 10 parkrun’s in Hampshire.  Parkrun is free to enter but you must register in advance and print off your personal barcode which you’ll need for your result to be registered online.

Ordnance Survey Runners are a registered club on Parkrun, so if you work at OS and want to represent us, click here to find out how to make OS Runners your club on the Parkrun database.

Parkrun is at 9am every Saturday (as well as Christmas Day and New Years Day for most parkrun venues – see the Christmas Compendium page for details).

Parkrun is open to all ages but children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the run.  All abilities are welcome as well as runners with dogs or buggies.
